All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, pricing algorithms, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Ring Gauge and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features require a premium subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Ring Gauge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from reliance on pricing data.
